Please ensure your child has an up to date Medical Details form. Follow this link if you would like to download and print one, alternatively you can pick up a hard copy from the Health Room.
This is especially important for students who are heading off on camps or off-site activities. If any medical details have changed since you last submitted one, please complete a new form and drop it in to the Health room or Student Services.
