Last weekend our Year 12 Biology students went to Luther Heights Youth Camp at Coolum over the weekend for Biology camp. Their purpose was to collect and analyse data relating to how and why species are found on a rocky shore.
The students worked incredibly hard but the highlight of the camp occurred on the Friday night when we shared stories from our lives, most of which were hilarious and embarrassing. Another exciting moment occurred when some students spotted rare species of sea cucumbers and sea slugs. Overall, the camp was a success with much learnt and we look forward to sharing more adventures.
