Over the weekend Mueller Certificate III Event students participated as volunteers for the largest regional community event in the Moreton Shire, Redcliffe Kite Fest. They were involved in the processing of up 40,000 tickets over the two days providing excellent customer service to attendees that were streaming through the gates to enter the venue. This real world experience within the community forms part of their learning outcomes for this course and provides an insight into this fast moving and ever growing global industry.
