The Mueller Senior Vocal Group and Mueller Vocal Ensemble performed in their first Choral Eisteddfod at the Redlands Eisteddfod last week. They performed 2 songs each and were accompanied by Di Schmidt and Janene Tu’uu. Both groups sang remarkably well! The vocal ensemble won their section with a score of 95/100 and the Senior Vocal Group were awarded highly commended with a score of 93/100. The schools that won were regulars on the Eisteddfod circuit and consisted of 90+ choir members – so well done to our students for putting in their best effort.
We now have big plans for the choir and vocal ensemble moving forward, and looking forward to putting Muller College on the map on the Brisbane Choral circuit!
