There may not be such thing as ‘Cleaner Appreciation Day’ but I think most would agree that cleaning staff around the world deserve a pat on the back for the extra load they are carrying in the current season. Dila, Sofia, Nika, Timena, Debbie and many others on the Mueller College staff have been working extra hard to not only keep the campus clean but sanitized – a mammoth task when you think about the breadth of spaces across the College.
Together with Teacher Aides, they have been insuring bathrooms are sanitized three times a day, and disinfectant products are constantly stocked in classrooms, staff rooms and the countless other work areas around the school. Door handles, walls, taps, benches and a myriad of other high-touch surfaces are disinfected across the day. Dila shared that she regularly reaches over 20,000 steps in a day as they see to every nook and cranny across the campus.
And for that, we are grateful! A hearty thank you to our cleaners and teacher aides for playing a major role in keeping our children and staff safe.
