This week Jesse and Bianca are demonstrating how to effectively warm up your body before any movement PLUS you’ll be able to join them for a High Intensity EMOM session!

It’s so important to increase our body temperature before any physical activity in order to prevent injury and mentally prepare you for session. Your EMOM session is up to your capacity; 5 min, 10 min, 30 min- it’s up to you how long you go but let’s aim for 15 minutes. 

EMOM stands “every minute on the minute.” In this session you’ll be doing three exercises on repeat- squats, polymeric push-ups and mountain climbers….a lot harder than it looks!!!
