As a way of saying ‘Thank you’ for all their hard work, the Arts department has published the poster artwork intended for this year’s production of Little Women. The play was one of the many casualties of the virus and usually a key event in the school calendar.
What you may not be aware of is that the whole play was blocked and rehearsed completely before the restrictions began so students involved had an experience of the entire narrative.
The students worked very hard at the project and we were on the verge of adding the live music elements though specialist singers and instrumentalists. The crew were also working by this time. Set elements were in use and many of the costumes designed. All of the students involved in some way have their names on the poster as a reminder of all they achieved.
