Today we meet Mr Redman, who joined the Mueller Community a few weeks ago to join the Learning Assistance department. He’s spent time getting to know his new students and now it’s our time to get to know him…
What brought you to Mueller?
Firstly, I just want to say it is so good to be here at Mueller College! I have known about Mueller for many years through friends and relatives that have attended here and loved it. My family and I recently returned from the Himalayas where I have been teaching in an English speaking private school for the past four years.
What is your current role?
Primary Learning Support Teacher working with students in Grade 4, 5 and 6.
What are you most passionate about in teaching/your role?
I love to see students developing in their gifts and abilities as they apply themselves at school. It is wonderful to be a large part of that process!
What was your very first job?
Delivering newspapers to people’s houses. My Dad drove the car and I threw them out the window!
Coffee of choice?
Latte for sure!
