Mrs Tams Year 12 Food and Nutrition class were set to task with an intricate assessment this week. The assignment required students to act as Product Research Developers to develop and create a single-serve bakery item to be sold at Woolworths that was shelf-stable for 12 hours. Students also had to aim their product at a focused consumer group (eg. university students) and make sure it was a healthy, grab-and-go solution for their customer.

The aroma coming from the kitchen was incredible as they plated everything from Beetroot and Cacao Muffins made with Quinoa Flour to Potato and Green Bean Stuffed Naan. Take a look below at their incredible creations…
