Year 9 Food Technologies attempted a design challenge for their assessment this week resulting in vibrant and tasty creations.
Each student had to incorporate a food production technique into their dish using either caramelisation, coagulation, raising agents, browning or shortening. They then styled their dish for a photo and devised a video to use to create an instagram post showing their assigned technique.
