Mr. Darrell Fischer has been tutoring drums at Mueller College for 11 years and has made the decision to leave school and move on to other ventures. We have been very blessed to have such an excellent musician and teacher working with our students for so long and he will be missed by students and staff alike.
We have employed a new teacher to take on Darrell’s students in Term 2. His name is Amiel Poonan and he was a previous student of Darrell’s. Amiel graduated from Mueller College in 2014 and has since completed a Bachelor of Music, works with a myriad of Brisbane artists, tutors drums privately from his home studio and works with young people at his church.
Amiel is looking forward to coming back to Mueller and inspiring the next generation of young musicians.
