Our annual Beanies for Brain Cancer campaign will be happening next week!

The upside of the delay is it means a little longer to save up that pocket money to buy a fabulous beanie and support fundraising for the Mark Hughes Foundation whose mission ‘is to raise much needed funds for research, to create awareness and support brain cancer patients and their families’.

Beanies will be available to purchase throughout Week 6 at stalls in both the Primary (near chaplains offices) and Secondary areas (near tuckshop). The stalls will be open before school and during break times while stocks last – we recommend purchasing at the beginning of the week if there is a particular style you have your eye on.

Students will be allowed to wear their purchased ‘beanie for brain cancer’ every day in Week 6, and on Friday the 20th all students can wear any beanie for the day.

The Asher Memorial Basketball Game will take place during morning tea on Wednesday at the Lacey Sports Centre.
