The 2021 Netball Academy kicked off the competitive season last week with their first games of the year.
The squad have been working hard throughout Term 2 to build cohesive teams and up their skills with the dedicated students meeting for training early every Wednesday morning before the winter sun has risen. Academy Camp helped solidify team bonding and set ambitious goals for the season ahead.
The teams hit the courts with gusto as they lined up against other schools. Well done to all the students across the seven teams who gave it their all and a special shout out to those on the Primary teams who played their first game of netball ever! We look forward to seeing them back in action soon.
