The library has once again been transformed for Book Week with every corner representing a different ‘world’ thanks to the amazing library staff. This year’s Book Week theme is ‘New Worlds, Old Worlds, Other Worlds’. See if you can spot the drawbridge and the dragon in the castle corner, the mad scientists in the laboratory, the time machine in the steampunk space, or the special visitor in the enchanted garden.

Library staff are hosting activities every day at morning tea this week to celebrate all things reading. Monday saw students gather from far and wide to play games – some opting for a fairytale-inspired game of stick-in-the-mud outside, some going on a unicorn scavenger hunt, and others playing galaxy bowls.

With the whole space heaving with excited children every break time, there are sure to be many coming home this week inspired to delve into their own bookshelves.
