Year 12 Recreational Studies students finished off Term 3 with a trek in Mt Barney National Park.
Over the course of the term, the class prepared by completing units in Lightweight Camping, Hiking, Navigation and Self Development. They then took to the trail for a 4-day expedition to exercise their new skills and step outside of their comfort zone by tackling the rugged terrain.
By all accounts the team took the strenuous trip in their stride and now have an amazing accomplishment under their belt.
