Year 7 have been studying government in their Civics classes this term, learning about the senate, house of representatives, and the process of passing bills.
Last week, local MP Luke Howarth, the federal member for Petrie, visited the cohort to share from his experience. The students listened keenly as he described what his average day looks like, along with some of his more specific responsibilities.
