Sleigh bells were ringing and teachers were singing at last week’s Christmas in July event. However, the highlight of the night wasn’t the entertainment (as beautiful as it was), but the delicious food created by our very own Kitchen Operations students, and hosted and served by our Hospitality students.

The three-course dinner gave students the opportunity to put theory into practice, planning, preparing and executing the event for over 80 guests. From ushering patrons to their seats, to serving non-alcoholic cocktails, taking orders, and perfectly plating beautiful meals, the room was quietly buzzing as the students got to work.

Everyone agreed the students did a fantastic job, making the night feel relaxed and festive. Be sure to jump on booking tickets early next year to experience this magical night for yourself.
