Year 12 Film, Television and New Media students recently experienced the immersive world of Virtual Reality and other new technologies as part of their Unit Three study.
Interactive media has become more common and accessible in today’s world, and can be used as a form of storytelling across multiple platforms. With new technologies, we have the opportunity to be a part of the story, instead of just watching it.
This journey into Virtual Reality will give the Year 12 students a deeper understanding of the advantages and limitations of these new technologies as they plan their upcoming assessment task of designing a multi-platform project.
