Hygiene was the topic of the day when the Preps and Year One’s gathered in MPAC last week for a talk from the school nurses. Nurses Kylie & Rachel shared about the importance of hand washing before using some teacher volunteers to give the students a visual demonstration. They had a refresher on how to blow their nose into a tissue or an elbow and learned what bacteria is.
It was an informative morning for the Early Years students who are now well-equipped to face the winter days ahead.
