In my classroom, I loved displaying these words,

“Every day may not be good, but there is good in every day!”

It gave the students and I the opportunity to purposefully look for the good and be grateful for things in our day.  Being grateful doesn’t always come naturally and daily choosing to think of things you are thankful for, often lifts your mood and allows you to see circumstances from a different perspective.

As I walk around Mueller College I am so thankful, that God is here.  He is in the everyday.

He is the only one, who is completely Good.  We have plenty to thank God for in our community.  Psalm 136:1 reminds us “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting.”

God’s love and goodness is so evident around our school, and I am grateful for:

  • Teachers who care about the well-being of their students
  • Staff who provide opportunities for our students to grow and thrive
  • Students who daily care for each other with big and small acts of kindness
  • A school culture that celebrates our God-given talents and gifts

This week, may you have the ability to see the good in every day. May you experience God’s everlasting love and know that there is good all around us, because God is good at being good.
