Everyone Belongs and Can Contribute to the Community. This Mueller College value statement was displayed in full force last week. The week-long You Belong activities were an opportunity for us to come together as a community and celebrate the positive culture we enjoy. The other focus has been the Shave for a Cure. It is such an encouragement to see students contribute their ‘hair’ to the cause.
The ultimate act of self-sacrifice was displayed by Jesus on the cross. He laid down His life so that we might live. We did not deserve anything from God, and yet He became man, lived a perfect life, suffered a brutal death, and rose victorious over the grave. All so that we can be part of the Kingdom community, over which Jesus is Lord.
Next week we will celebrate Easter megaChapel. This is an important time of the year to spend time contemplating Jesus’ sacrifice. Everyone is welcome to join us in worship.
