Food Technology students sent taste buds buzzing with their International Street Food assessment last week. Tasked with creating dishes from a specific country or culture in finger food sizes, they came up with all sorts of delicious creations to fit the bill.
Neighbouring classes were invited to sample the goods, and the taste-testers were the real winners of the day!
