Year 7 flexed their entrepreneurial muscles last term by inventing a product, making a prototype, planning marketing strategies, and measuring financial viability. They then put their business to the test in a Shark Tank presentation to their class and each teacher chose a group to present as finalists in front of the entire year level and ‘sharks’, Mr Langford, Miss Baker & Mr Peasey.
They bravely pitched their products, answered curly questions, and had quick conferences to decide whether they would accept investment offers. Well done to all the groups who presented and to the ultimate winners with their spray spice product, ‘Spice It’!
