Police officers and zookeepers, artists and an office manager, pro footballers, a neurosurgeon, and enough medical staff to open a small Mueller hospital all turned up in Prep for Careers Day! Yesterday, students dreamed of what they would be when they grew up, sharing their plans with their class in a talk during class.
The whole cohort also gathered in MPAC to hear from special parent visitors. They heard from Mrs Cooper about what it’s like to be a nurse at school and in a hospital, and Mr Kite, who told them about a career on stage in the arts. Mr Redman shared with them the importance of spreading the news of Jesus as a missionary, and Mrs Howieson inspired them to become small business owners by showing them her amazing cake creations.
