On Monday the Year 6 students celebrated Colonial Day. This was a culmination of their studies on Australian Federation and Democracy in the 20th century.

The students looked great in their Colonial costumes where they took part in a march for the Primary School, complete with chanting and protest placards. Throughout the day students also completed colonial activities, were invited to a giant picnic and BBQ on the school oval and ended with a fabulous toe-tapping bush dance.

Thanks teachers and parents for helping make Colonial Day such a memorable event. The students loved it!
