The Mueller College STEM/Aerospace Department are forming a Rocketry Club and will be able to fire low powered rockets from the Mueller Secondary Oval.

As part of this, the Year 12 Aerospace Studies class, who are undertaking a unit on rocketry this Term, as well as the Year 9 STEM class, will be travelling to Qld Rocketry’s Flames, Smoke and Noise Spectacular on Sunday 14th October.

Mueller College is now a member of the Qld Rocketry Society and as a result of this, the Year 12’s will be firing their own designs.

If you are interested in attending, you will need to find your own transport down to Qld Rocketry’s firing range at Cedar Grove near Jimboomba on Sunday 14th October. Anyone interested is welcome to attend.
