Despite this week’s World’s Greatest Shave event being postponed, Mueller fundraising has continued to soar. We couldn’t be more proud of all our participants who, together, have raised more than $36,000! This sees the Mueller team rank 9th nationwide in fundraising efforts. Evie Bowman has committed to the Shave and she shared why…
‘I just believe that the World’s Greatest Shave is a really good cause. I had a family member who had cancer a couple of years ago and we had a student here who passed away last year. I’m doing it for them.’
While the shaving delay is disappointing it does give us further opportunity to fundraise for the Leukaemia Foundation so let’s continue to rally around the cause as a wider community. Let’s also enjoy the many wild and woolly beards that will continue to be worn around campus on an indefinite basis!
