The library becomes a hub of fun over Book Week with activities to engage Primary students with books and stories happening every day.

Monday brought the crafters and they made ‘Alice in Wonderland’ themed creations. On Tuesday the Primary quad got a visit from Secondary drama students in various character costume. They wandered amongst the kids, chatted and played games with them. Wednesday was all about games with ‘pin the smile on the Cheshire cat’, the mad-hatter’s hat toss and ‘the Queen says’, amongst others.

Thursday was ‘Seek & Find’, a scavenger hunt that is always a favourite in Book Week. The library was absolutely crawling with Primaries as they scrambled to find all of the clues and redeem a prize. They finished the week on Friday on a more relaxed note with a movie. Amongst it all, there were various competitions running and below you’ll find the winners!
