Last week Year 9 student, Rylee Smith, competed in the Australian Open Water Swimming Championships in Busselton, Western Australia. Rylee swam in the 15 years 5km event in a tight race throughout for the minor medals finishing 3rd in Australia with the bronze medal – a phenomenal result!
She was also selected for the Swimming Queensland Talent Identification Athlete program for 2023. What a start to the year – congratulations Rylee!
