The Year 4 cohort had the exciting opportunity to participate in an incursion that uses virtual reality headsets to learn more about the traditional histories and cultures of Aboriginal people.
Each class had a session with the facilitator who walked them through each VR experience. The students watched a traditional dance in the Daintree and searched for bush tucker without ever leaving the classroom! This was a great chance for students to consolidate and extend their knowledge from their Term 1 History unit.
