As part of the vocational education certificate courses, students are required to participate in industry-realistic environments. Christmas in July provides an opportunity to experience a real-world live restaurant as they would in industry. This experience is of great value to them as it prepares them for employment opportunities, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to work within a hospitality environment. Students on the night are guided through a variety of tasks and respond to customer needs as required. Students engaged in the evening are part of Certificate II in Cookery and Certificate III in Hospitality studies.

The event is always a popular success and showcases some of our talented staff who make live performances come to life with a Christmas theme. A very big thanks to all who supported the night by purchasing tickets, serving food and beverage, preparing food or performing at the event.
