Year 11 finally got to perform their major assessment piece last week with their performance of Shakespeare favourites, Othello, Comedy of Errors, and Midsummer Nights’ Dream’s Mechanicals.
The hospitality students hosted a pre-show gathering that welcomed alumni for a mini-reunion. The show began as people milled in the foyer before heading inside MPAC to the spectacular set. The comedy and tragedy unfolded with betrayal, mistaken identity, goofy servants, and harrowing love. The students deftly handled the complicated language of our most famous playwright, drawing the audience into the stories.
