Mrs Alder’s Gardening Club has been busy putting their green thumbs to work this term. They began with learning how to plant seeds and be consistent with their care and watering. One of the Primary garden beds became their veggie patch, another their sunflower bed and another a spot for herbs.
After much patient waiting, the group harvested their crops, seeing the reward of corn, tomatoes, lettuce, squash, carrots, and much more! They then delivered their goods to the tuckshop to be used in some delicious meals.
