At the end of last term Year 10-12 Business and Accounting students were invited to attend a forum with CPA Australia Ambassador, Kerry Phillips. Kerry shared with students about the pathways and opportunities that a career in accounting can provide, all while dispelling myths of boredom and passionately evangelising about the joys of the industry.
Students also got to hear from staff from Mueller’s accounting department, Mr David Litke and Mr Derick Malherbe, who spoke about the accounting profession giving them opportunities around the world and eventually, a pathway to immigration.
Students left inspired and informed about a career in accounting.
