The Primary and Secondary first-day chapels gave students the opportunity to launch into 2024 with firm faith and their eyes fixed on Jesus.

Primaries danced and shouted in praise before watching some teachers face off in an elimination challenge. With each grade represented students cheered on ‘their’ teacher. Mr Valese shared the story of the healing of the paralytic in Luke 5.

To the secondaries, Mr Valese made the declaration that at Mueller, we won’t edit out Jesus from our culture or our day-to-day College life. Students boldly made their way to the front when given the moment to declare their faith in Jesus to their surrounding peers, and they were then encouraged to quietly gather and pray for each other as they began the year.

It was a significant beginning to 2024, marking the year ahead, in faith, with God’s goodness.
