5 Red received a special treat for completing NAPLAN this week in the form of Mrs Richens’ famous cupcakes! Personalised to resemble each student, the cupcakes have become a celebrated annual tradition and caused many a fist pump when students find out they’re in her class at the beginning of the year.
At this point, Mrs Richens has the process down to a fine art, putting the creations together relatively quickly. The care and attention to detail, however, have a lasting effect on the students leaving them feeling seen and valued through the lovely gift.
