The competitive runners were in fine form last week as they took to the course and vied for the podium. After rain delays postponed the carnival last term, it was a downsized event run alongside the Primary competition but the Primaries filled the spectator gap by wildly cheering for the Secondaries as they took on the 4km and 6km courses.
The sunny day brought out the best in the runners and they took on the long-distance challenge with determination and grit. A huge well done to all of those who competed!
