Year 8 packed their pillows, togs and sleeping bags to head down to the Gold Coast for a huge three days of camp last week. The action began immediately, with some heading straight to the beach for surfing and bodyboarding lessons, and others off to the river for tubing, dragon boat racing, giant paddleboarding, and team-building games.
Their ‘Fluoro Night’ was a fan favourite with everybody dressing for the theme and enjoying games together. In amongst all the fun, the cohort met for devotions and worship, and cherished the time spent together around meals, on sunrise beach walks, and in nighttime cabin chats.
