Earlier this week, a whole staff meeting was held to present the next major project in the 2025 Vision. Vision is said to be ‘the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination and wisdom’. In 2015, prior to the construction of the Lacey Sports Centre, we never really knew the incredible impact the space would have. Now, students enjoy the Primary Classics, Academy sports and all-weather play during the day.

Hudsons Café was another vision project. Hudsons is a community space that has transformed MPAC Level 2 into a place where students can both ‘belong’ and ‘learn’. Each of these projects was part of the broader vision to provide rich learning and community.

Over the coming weeks, more will be presented on the exciting new project we are about to undertake – the construction of an integrated Wellbeing Centre on campus. The Wellbeing Centre will bring together the various wellbeing services which operate across the campus. We have been planning the building for 3 years as part of the 2025 Vision, with preparations happening over the September break for construction.

Watch this space. In the next couple of weeks I will share more exciting news on the Wellbeing Centre and some changes for Term 4.
