Week 9 – assessment season. Walking around campus, there is an eerie silence as Middle School students are focused on assessment. Year 11 Academic interviews are also in full swing. The academic interviews are a great way for students to remain focused on their post-school pathway.
As the term comes to a close, the Fete is slowly coming into focus. For families new to Mueller, our Fete is huge! It is not about making money, instead, it is about laying down positive memories in the minds of our children through rides, entertainment, and good food. Many parents set up in front of the Main Stage, allowing their children to visit the rides during the day, checking in when they are hungry.
We don’t measure our Fete in dollars raised, instead a successful Fete is one where there is an abundance of smiles. We aim to provide a family-friendly day where you can set up a picnic blanket and let your child/ren roam the rides. The day is always a huge success with plenty of entertainment, rides, food and smiles.
The Fete is a positive celebration of who we are as a community. Be sure to set aside the date.
