180 Fathers and sons came along to watch Game One of the State of Origin on the big screen. They had an amazing footy feed thanks to the Secondary catering crew, and the Dad/Grandad/Uncle team easily took out the pre-game tug of war competition. Over dinner, they heard from teacher, Adriaan Pretorius, about how his participation in rugby league growing up helped shape him into the man he is today.
The State of Origin score turned out to be an anti-highlight for the majority of attendees, but a fantastic night was had by all, with funds raised contributing to Cam’s Cause.
