The Garden Club have been meeting before school since the beginning of the year to plant, prune and care for a small crop. Last week, they finally got to see the results of their hard work at their first harvest. The sweet potatoes and pumpkins they grew weighed in at 16kg!
This week they cooked up their goodies and had a hearty sweet potato and pumpkin soup to celebrate their achievement!
