You’re invited to a night of Shakespeare…with a twist. Our Year 11 Drama students are bringing the heart of the Oscar-winning film, Shakespeare in Love, to the stage in MPAC on Thursday night, 4th of September at 6pm.
With characters that are based on historical figures, and all of the comedy and drama of Shakespeare’s plays, this piece makes the world’s most famous playwright accessible for all. Will William find his perfect muse? Will Viola get to perform in the all-male acting troupe? Will Lord Wessex entrap a wife? Come along and find out!
Our Year 10 Hospitality students will also be providing some Shakespearean refreshments during the evening – it’s not to be missed.
