29 student-made films were screened at this year’s Mueller Film Awards (affectionately known as ‘The Miffy’s’) – the most projects ever shown and a testament to the growing talent of our filmmakers. Spearheaded by Mrs Wigmore and Mr Blackmore, the awards covered work from Year 9 to Year 12, showing a variety of different curriuculum projects from 2025 including youtube clips, genre films, music videos, opening credits and more.
Students were acknowledged in a variety of categories including Best Directing, Editing, Acting, Writing, Cinematography and Production Design. Trophies were also awarded to the best film of each Year level, and the audience got to do a live vote for the ‘People’s Choice’ award. Congratulations to all of our filmmakers for their efforts and bringing us an A+ evening of entertainment!
