It was a hot day at the Primary Swimming Carnival, the perfect weather for students to take a dip or go all out to beat the competition in the pool.
The house cheers were appropriately raucous as students started the day by rousing some house pride. Competitors mounted the blocks, and friends, parents and teachers gathered at the side of the pool to cheer them on. Most encouraging was seeing winners reach the end of the pool and turn around to cheer for their friends to finish well too.
