Our Music Extension students lit up the stage at the local restaurant, The Tipsy Tomato in Redcliffe, recently. Each was given the opportunity to extend their recent Assessment performance by taking it into a public forum and an audience who did not necessarily know who they were!
From powerful vocals to tight instrumental playing, each performance reflected commitment, courage, and serious musical growth. For many, this was their first assessed performance in a public venue — a huge milestone.
They navigated sound checks, stage setups, and those inevitable pre-show nerves like true professionals. We couldn’t be prouder of the way they rose to the challenge and owned the moment. What a way to kick off the year!
