Over 100 students and their dads, grandads, and uncles came along to watch Game One of the State of Origin on the big screen last week. They had an amazing, meat-heavy footy feed thanks to the Secondary catering crew before heading into a pre-game tug-o-war comp of their own. Josh Snape shared with the fathers and sons, encouraging them to show grace & think the best of each other, knowing they have a heavenly father who loves regardless of effort.
The majority did not walk away with the game one victory they wanted, but a fantastic night was had by all, with over $1200 raised for Scripture Union Chaplaincy.
