Year 7 flexed their entrepreneurial muscles last term by inventing a product, making a prototype, planning marketing strategies, and measuring financial viability. They then put their business to the test in a Shark Tank presentation to their class and each teacher chose a group to present as finalists in front of the entire year level and ‘sharks’, Mr Langford, Mrs King & Mr Stiller.
They bravely pitched their products, answered curly questions, and had quick conferences to decide whether they would accept investment offers. Well done to all the groups who presented and to the ultimate winners, Chuks and Aidan, with their product ‘Gluisious’ – a food glue that helps keep your wraps, burgers and cakes together!
