Book Week is always one of the highlights of the library calendar, and this year we are excited to offer students wonderful opportunities to celebrate books, storytelling and creativity. The Primary Book Week Parade is on Tuesday, 25th of August at 9am in the Lacey Sports Centre.
Also this year, as part of our Book Week celebrations, there are two special events for students: a live theatre performance of Roald Dahl’s ‘The Twits’, and a series of author and illustrator workshops with Andrew McDonough. Students can purchase personally signed copies of Andrew’s books, including the popular Lost Sheep stories. Check Parent Lounge to order yours and check for further Book Week details.
