The Year 11 Drama class brought the house down last week with their performances of Twelfth Night and Much Ado About Nothing. With classically difficult language to memorise, marks to hit, and costumes to tame, this year they faced the extra challenge of performing in the round. The students rose to the challenge and presented their pieces in a way that was both moving and hilarious.
The Cookery and Hospitality students indulged the audience with delightful drinks, a carved ham and themed hors d’oeuvres like the ‘mistaken identity’ sliders and ‘fire & spice’ smoked salmon blinis. At intermission, they were ready with ‘sweet love’ desserts, helping create a truly enchanting night at the theatre.
